Milena Lyubenova. Accpeted on 1 April 2002. Dissertation Topic: “Oral Sources of Folklore. Problems in their Collection and Archiving”. Scientific CoSupervisors: Senior Scientific Fellow, Assoc. Professor Albena Georgieva, PhD from the Institute of Folklore and Senior Scientific Fellow, Assoc. Professor Antoaneta Zapryanova, PhD from the Institute of History. The dissertation was defended on 1 June 2006.

Nadya Nikolova Zhivkova. Accepted in 1996. Dissertation Topic: “The Restructuring of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (9 September, 1944-1953)”. Scientific Supervisor: Academician Mito Issussov, and Senior Scientific Fellow, Assoc. Professor Stoyan Pintev, PhD after the academician’s death. The doctoral dissertation was defended on 2 December, 2004.

Ivan Trifonov Fichorov. Accepted on 1 February 1990. Dissertation Topic: The Common Union of the Bulgarian Industries and the economic Politics of Bulgaria, 1944-1947". Scientific Supervisor: Senior Scientific Fellow, Prof. Zlati Zlatev, PhD. The doctoral dissertation was defended in 1994.
